PrO Unlimited, a global consulting firm supporting contingent workforce management, is currently hiring an Onsite Program Manager located in Montvale, New Jersey. Current estimates are that contingent workforce management is a $1.0 Trillion dollar industry and expected to grow 50% by 2012. PrO Unlimited established the first contingent workforce management program in 1995 and has shown double-digit growth since.
DESCRIPTION:
-On-site at a client location, and under minimal supervision, the Program
Manager is responsible for managing the contracted Scope of Services to
the client.
-The Program Manager must maintain quality customer service and
day-to-day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting and achieving
financial goals.
-Management of PrO’s service: staffing desk, payroll, compliance, business
development, supervision and leadership of on-site PrO staff, is the
fundamental function of an Onsite Program Manager.
-Perform day-to-day duties for new program with potential for growth.
-Onsite presence working with managers, payrolled workers and preferred
staffing agencies.
-All facets of staffing and payroll as well as delivering
routine and ad hoc reporting for customer.
-Meeting with end-users to review the scope of program and drive compliance.
-Present training sessions, industry trends, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s
degree along with at least 5 to 7 years of related management and
leadership experience within the staffing industry, i.e. managing a contingent
staffing function.
-Client focused, solutions oriented, with salesmanship skills/business
development ability.
-Must be able to work independently, utilize critical thinking skills and
interface with all levels of organization.
-MS Office a must with reasonably strong Excel skills to assist in reporting
purposes.
-Should be open and comfortable learning new systems (WAND).
-Individual must be comfortable and successful working alone.
-Candidate will have solid staff development and a history of building a
successful teams.
-Hands-on and flexible.
-Travel is involved, for initial training purposes as well as remote site
visits.
-Ability to roll up sleeves when necessary and facilitate the tactical piece
while also possessing strategic ability.
-Experience in human resources related activities such as recruiting/ staffing,
customer relationship management, business development, vendor/contractor
management.
-Demonstrated experience in operational and financial functions such as profit
& loss and budgeting as well as associated tracking software systems and
procedures.
-Working knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
MS Outlook and Internet access.
-Preferred experience with on-site/corporate operations with contingent
staffing including staffing vendor management for Fortune 500/1000 clients.
