Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, currently has an opening for a SALES RECRUITER to join our team. This position will be responsible for recruitment of Sales candidates in a designated region. The addition of this position is due to our rapid and on-going expansion.
Responsibilities Include:-
Screen resumes and qualify candidates by conducting interviews via phone and in person.
- Schedule/coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Update and track results of Internet postings.
- Field Recruiting.
- Attend Job Fairs throughout an assigned territory within the Northeast.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Maintain & create various recruitment reports.
- General administrative responsibilities.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Recruiting-preferably commissioned sales representatives, retail environment or agency experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Must be flexible to travel at least one day a week to participate in field recruiting.
