Job Description
The Senior Sales Recruiter supports the execution of recruitment strategies and markets the company to know product users.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers of current clients
- Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
- Assists with the preparation of candidate correspondence, including declination letters and offer letters
- Process new hire paperwork
- Maintains resume and applicatin database through Eempact system
- Coordinates and facilitate recruitment functions, including job fairs and career fairs
- Assists managers on recruitment strategys and hiring trends
Education and Employment History
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting and interviewing experience
- Experience with behavioral interviewing helpful
- High energy, initiative, strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office prior experience with Eempact a plus
