Job Description

The Senior Sales Recruiter supports the execution of recruitment strategies and markets the company to know product users. 

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers of current clients
• Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
• Assists with the preparation of candidate correspondence, including declination letters and offer letters
• Process new hire paperwork
• Maintains resume and applicatin database through Eempact system
• Coordinates and facilitate recruitment functions, including job fairs and career fairs
• Assists managers on recruitment strategys and hiring trends

Education and Employment History

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting and interviewing experience
• Experience with behavioral interviewing helpful
• High energy, initiative, strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office prior experience with Eempact a plus
