Join P.F. Chang's China Bistro as our next Home Office Recruiter at our office in North Scottsdale!  The P.F. Chang’s Home Office Recruiter will attract and select the best internal & external talent to fill key roles within our growing company.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of full cycle, high volume recruiting experience strongly preferred with networking/relationship building skills and ability to source candidates from job boards, niche sites, etc.
• Customer-service skills and client-facing skills a priority: must be interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines/priorities.
• Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook; web-based applications; applicant tracking; Internet
• High volume hiring; strategic planning skills
• AIRS certifications and in-depth diversity recruiting experience is strongly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
This individual will work out of our Home Office in Scottsdale, AZ.
