DDI / ASG has an immediate need to increase the number of day and evening shift associates in our Flexible Interviewer pool for

a current  4 month project. 

Must be available for up to 24 to 30 hrs per week with an understanding that hours will vary with need.  30 hrs weekly guaranteed for 2 of 4 month project. $12.00 per hour Core Day shift 10:00-7:00Core Eve shift 5:30 -10:30.  Primary responsibilities include: ·         

Conducting behavioral assessments over the phone, including Targeted Selectionâ interviews, situational challenges, and role-plays.

· Scoring of phone-based assessment tools in "real time," according to evaluation guidelines.

·Utilizing automated phone lines and related equipment, e.g. recording devices.

·Using customized applicant-tracking software to accurately enter scores and related information.

·Following standard work processes.

·Assisting in departmental and project related administrative activities (quality checks, material staging, project reports, etc.).

 RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS 

·Ability to become certified in multiple phone assessment tools.
