ASG has an immediate need to increase the number of associates in our Assessment Center Administrator pool for current and upcoming projects.  Must be available 24 to 30 hrs per week with an understanding that hours will vary with need.  30 hrs weekly guaranteed for 2 of 4 month project. $17.00 per hour. Travel required. Primary Responsibilities include: 

  • Assessment center preparation and set up, including reviewing schedule and ensuring availability and transport of all necessary materials and equipment.
  • Checking in assessment center participants at start of session; ensuring adherence to schedule and smooth flow of activities
  • Acting as administrator for assessment center tests/exercises·         Answering participant questions
  • Troubleshooting problems/situations as they arise
  • Maintaining assessment center environment
  • Following standardized instructions and processes
  • Thorough familiarity with all administration guidelines
  • Careful adherence to time guidelines
  • Maintaining confidentiality of assessment center materials
  • Designated space, lighting, and exercise layout specifications
  • Processing of assessment center results 

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 100% of work schedule to the client sites: Instate include Lansing, Flint and East Point. Other sites may be outside of the state of Michigan. There are 2 groups of Administrators:

Group 1 will be required to travel overnite, out of state or on  weekends

Group 2 will have no overnite travel but  required to travel to one of the instate locations or the Southfield DDI location for training and or occasional meetings

  • Undergraduate degree and/or related experience         

 

Highly desirable 

Experience in assessment centers, human resources training and delivery, or personnel selection and testing·

Proficiency with standard office equipment, and hardware, and software
