This position will be esponsible for providing leadership, direction, ongoing management and administration for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and function. Accountable for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a successful, cost-effective, state of the art Talent Acquisition function, including budgets, implementation of systems and processes, vendor management, legal and regulatory compliance. The incumbent must work hand-in-hand with other HR Leaders to create solutions related to staffing and turnover with a sense of urgency in keeping with our Mission, Vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications are encouraged. Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in executive search or staffing in a corporate or vendor environment. 3 to 5 years demonstrated success in managing a recruiting function. Staffing experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Ability to work with all organizational levels under tight deadlines, juggling multiple assignments and priorities. Flexibility and positive, high energy attitude combined with willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and participate in the hands-on work when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and abilities. Desire to produce above anyone’s wildest expectations. Desire and ability to proactively and consistently present new ideas and strategies.
