If you believe that Talent Scouts don't just exist in sports or entertainment…but that the competitive world of clinical recruiting requires the same approach… then we have an opportunity for you!

Pharmacy Recruiter/Talent Mentor

No Brag…Just Fact.

Join the nation's largest renal pharmacy DaVita RX, a unique entrepreneurial opportunity in the context of a successful Fortune 500 company (DaVita Inc. Ticker: DVA). The business has grown from inception to $200 million in annual revenue in just over three years. Enjoy the perks of our larger Village, DaVita, an independent provider of dialysis services in the U.S. dedicated to treating patients suffering from chronic kidney failure.

Why Join Us?

Let's face it…the world of healthcare is dynamic and moves at the speed of light. Unlike many healthcare companies in the market today, we acknowledge that our team members are our most important asset and we want to help them to feel fulfilled in their careers. DaVita RX is our Village pharmacy, designed to address our patient needs. DaVita Rx was created in 2005 to deliver prescription drugs to patients receiving care in DaVita dialysis clinics. Today, our 300+ teammates helped us become the largest renal pharmacy in the U.S. and serve more than 20,000 patients in 30+ states. We expect our recruiter to act as a recruiting consultant to DaVita RX operations, leading and driving communications throughout the recruiting life cycle and consulting/following up every step of the way. This is a relatively new organization that continues to grow rapidly. We admit that we don't have it all nailed down and need to a true recruiting mentor to help get us there.
Senior Technical Recruiter

About Orchard Talent LLCOrchard Talent is a full service talent acquisition and human capital services provider with a series of offerings designed to meet the varying needs of Federal Contractors, Government Agencies and emerging to mid-market fast growth companies in the private sector. Drawing on a management team with extensive executive leadership experience in search and corporate recruiting, Orchard Talent has been able to take the best practices from each area of the recruiting industry and develop efficient, scalable and cost effective tools designed to deliver high quality talent quickly. We are not a retained or contingent search firm, neither are we an enormous faceless RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) firm where you are just a number. We are an 8A registered minority owned service provider dedicated to servicing a select group of clients. ServicesWe offer full service end to end recruiting solutions as the virtual recruiting department for our clients; either working alongside their existing department or as the department itself in absence of an existing function. By spreading costs across multiple partner clients, we are able to deliver the tools, expertise and reach of a large recruiting department allowing mid-sized companies to compete equally for talent with “the big boys”. We provide tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs whether they are for a scalable outsourced recruiting solution, including a repeatable methodology to sourcing and screening, or an “on demand” solution to cover a spike in hiring or a highly important search requiring an experienced team. Because we work for the client on an engagement basis, they get the benefit of resources focused on their positions and not someone looking to place qualified candidates to the highest percentage fee. A valuable element of our service to many of our clients is our ability to assist them and fully understand the priority needs of their requirements, how to tailor fit to the existing organization and also provide market intelligence about the reputation and visibility of their company to the candidate market. Through our status as a woman/minority owned small business, we are well positioned to assist Federal and State/Local contract service providers when they win work, need talent acquisition assistance and have to satisfy a contractual requirement. For our Consulting clients, we offer a unique service through our Proposal Team approach. We are able to provide resources on either a rolling or project-specific basis that are dedicated to finding candidates to be bid as key hires or are needed as critical capabilities to enhance your bid for contract. By working with Orchard, you gain the benefit of a dedicated effort to find this talent, screen and qualify resources and bring to the stage of a contingent offer, if necessary, while enabling your core recruiting team to remain focused on filling existing billable positions that you have open. This efficient segmentation of the recruiting process between immediate and potential opportunities has been proven highly effective in generating revenue now and building for the future. The solution is fully scalable and can also be used to build virtual pools of specific talent in between significant projects. Senior Technical RecruiterTalent Acquisition is the basis of everything we do at Orchard Talent and quality recruiting is at the heart of our work. We engage experienced and motivated recruiters to support our clients on a contract hourly basis and we can offer opportunities to work virtually and to the schedule that suits you. Orchard works with emerging growth companies as well as established leaders in both the private sector and government contracting space. We understand our clients and truly represent them as the virtual extension of themselves. Specific TasksAs a Consultant for Orchard you will be expected to familiarize yourself with our recruiting methodology and approach within the first week of joining the team. You will be expected to adopt the Orchard approach in your work with our clients to ensure a consistent experience. You will meet virtually or in person with key stakeholders within the first 7 days of the engagement so as to understand the culture of the organizations you are supporting. Depending on your role, you will either work as our sole representative to a client or within a team; you may also range across more than one client. In any such circumstances, you will execute the work with professionalism and integrity. We pride ourselves on performing as the virtual extension of our client companies, therefore you will represent yourself as the client’s recruiting function and place the same priority of quality hires as you would in a corporate recruiting position. Speed to offer is very important to us, however quality of hire trumps everything and ensures our clients continue to use us. If you are the sole resource or account manager for an engagement, you will be expected to provide the client weekly activity reports in the Orchard format and ensure you engage with hiring stakeholders to both understand current activity and help identify further opportunities to extend or expand the engagement. You will conduct your searches leveraging our tools as well as any personal networks you may have, and if available, those of the client company. All the candidates you surface while billing on an engagement beyond your personal network are to be treated as the confidential property of the client company and Orchard Talent. All work in searching for talent for our clients will be conducted with the highest ethical integrity (we do not ruse call or misrepresent our services) and in compliance with both the letter and intent of all applicable laws pertaining to fair and equal hiring practices; where required you will ensure all OFCCP requirements are met. Orchard retains consultants on a project by project basis; that said, we also look to establish lasting relationships with great recruiting talent and are happy to roll consultants from project to project as the work and the consultant’s interest/availability permits. Our goal is to provide you with a great opportunity to be well rewarded for your expertise, to work with the latest tools and to get to know a virtual team of talented and fun professionals. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law. Employment decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit and business need.
