	<span style="font-size: 12px;">TubeMogul is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to help us rapidly expand our global sales organization. We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced corporate sales recruiter with impeccable sourcing chops and a stellar network built from hard work and successful networking.</span></p>
<p>
	<span style="font-size: 12px;">You will work closely with senior leadership to hire talented professionals capable of blowing out our aggressive revenue goals for 2013. Our core product PlayTime, a real-tiime media buying platform for video advertising and is currently used by media ad networks, agency trading desks, media agencies and brand advertisers. Responsibilities include finding, filtering and closing A-Players for a product-focused company and fast-moving industry. This position is a key role for TubeMogul&rsquo;s aggressive growth trajectory, the position will report to the Director of Recruitment.</span></p>
<p>
	<span style="font-size: 12px;">It&rsquo;s obviously a competitive market for talent, but candidates love our &ldquo;Make Mistakes&rdquo; and &ldquo;Get Shit Done&rdquo; culture. Our PlayTime platform is a mature product, handling upwards of 10 Billion video advertising auctions per day, 100,000 actions per second. We have an approved hiring a plan, a recent Series C round of funding, and we&rsquo;re looking for the right person to hire the right people. We're built for branding, are you?</span></p>
<p>
	<strong style="font-size: 12px;">Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
		5+ years demonstrated success recruiting for global sales organizations</li>
	<li>
		1+ years recruiting top Enterprise Sales talent</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising and ad tech industry a plus</span>
</li>
	<li>
		A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is a plus.</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">A history of filling challenging sales roles across all levels</span>
</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">Passionate about TubeMogul&rsquo;s mission, product vision and able to speak about technology platform and industry</span>
</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">Sourcing Chops, with a black belt in Boolean Jiu Jitsu</span>
</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">Experience recruiting in a fast-based, startup environment.</span>
</li>
	<li>
		Proven experience building effective relationships with senior management</li>
	<li>
		International sales recruiting experience a plus</li>
	<li>
		<span style="font-size: 12px;">Practical experience with recruiting tools and best practices</span>

	<li>
		A rolodex, or preferably a more modern way to manage contacts</li>
	<li>
		Impeccable Follow up and follow through skills</li>
