<strong>Global/International Recruiting:</strong> <br />

We are seeking a University Recruiter to identify recent/ soon-to-be college graduates who match the profile for our technology training program. In this role, you will evaluate candidates through the use of quantitative and behavioral interviewing techniques, while undergoing practical and theoretical training to learn our business and approach to decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as an active participant in the ongoing evolution/development of the technology training program.

<p>
Essential Functions: 
</p>

	<li>Screen resumes sourced from a variety of active and passive activities</li>
	<li>Identify target groups within universities and educates them on SIG's business and opportunities</li>
	<li>Conduct in-person, on-campus and phone interviews</li>
	<li>Travel to universities during the recruiting season (typically September to May)</li>
	<li>Attend career fairs and hosts information sessions </li>
	<li>Write and place advertisements for open positions</li>
	<li>Assist in developing and planning special events for recruiting top candidates</li>
	<li>Meet regularly with business partners/hiring managers to review/ strategize on resource planning and hiring needs.</li>
	<li>Train existing employees, such as SIG's managers, on interviewing techniques</li>
	<li>Complete related duties as assigned</li>

Required/Preferred Qualifications: 
</p>

	<li>One to&nbsp;two years of prior university recruiting experience&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Bachelors Degree Required<br />

	<li>Strong quantitative and decision-making skills required</li>
