How To Use Keyword Searches

EREjobs uses a search algorithm called "boolean full-text searches" to perform keyword searching. Here's a brief description of how it works:

• By default, the keyword search looks for ANY word you enter in the search box.
• If you want to match an exact phrase, enclose it in quotation marks:
  "Recruiting Director"
• If you want to be sure a search term is included in your results, add a "+" in front of it:
  Recruiting +Director
• If you want to be sure a search term is excluded from your, add a "-" in front of it.
  Recruiter -Junior
• You can make a search term more (">") or less ("<") relevant with those symbols:
  Recruiter <Junior
• Use the asterisk ("*") for fuzzy matching:
  Recruit* Senior
