This role will be based out of Andover, MA with the flexibility to spending 2-3 days per week in Burlington, MA. In this role, you will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in support of Philips Lighting organizations. We address lighting needs in a full range of environments: indoors, in homes, shops, offices, schools, hotels, factories and hospitals, as well as outdoors, in public places, residential areas and sports arenas. In addition, we address people&rsquo;s desire for light-inspired experiences through architectural and city beautification projects. You will use you expert recruiting techniques to identify top candidates for a wide range of positions including Engineering, R&amp;D, Marketing, IS and Operations.
