You will be responsible for creating and executing the business plans that support growth and bottom line profitability. You will be responsible for:

• ReachingTalent:
  • Delivery and Customer delight
  • Delivery of program components sold to or bought by Novotus
  • Process management and documentation
  • Product Management and Marketing
  • New business development
  • Management of RT team members
• Novotus:
  • As part of the extended relationship between Novotus and RT, this individual will play a significant role in the marketing and branding of all Novotus companies.

We provide talent for some of the best known companies in America, and are looking to accelerate our growth. We need a Sr. Marketing – Management and Sales candidate with the experience and talent that will be vital to the short and long term success of Novotus. The right candidate will have:

• Extensive experience with Marketing – Product Management and Product Marketing
• Advertising Agency Experience as sales and manager
• Experience in leading a group or team
• Customer delivery experience
• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Solution sales methodology, sales presentation and closing skills
• Competitive intelligence and market analysis
• Needs requirement analysis and solution recommendation
• Salesforce automation technology - pipeline management capabilities
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, PowerPoint, the internet and Wiki
• Conference/Event experience
• Relentless desire and work ethic
