Recruit qualified foodservice management candidates to fill vacancies, current and potential for Compass Group. Establishes effective relationships with internal customers, internal associates applying for positions and external candidates. Provides sufficient customer service to internal customers through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements and potential new business. Maintains network with colleges and associations. Weekly reporting of recruitment activities. Daily duties include: posting advertisements; sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; salary negotiations; conducting employment and reference checking; and various other recruiting activities. This position will require minimal travel.

Description:

Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, currently has an opening for a SALES RECRUITER to join our team. This position will be responsible for recruitment of Sales candidates in a designated region. The addition of this position is due to our rapid and on-going expansion.

Responsibilities Include:

Screen resumes and qualify candidates by conducting interviews via phone and in person.
Schedule/coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Update and track results of Internet postings.
Field Recruiting.
Attend Job Fairs throughout an assigned territory within the Northeast.
Conduct reference checks.
Maintain & create various recruitment reports.
General administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Recruiting-preferably commissioned sales representatives, retail environment or agency experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Must be flexible to travel at least one day a week to participate in field recruiting.
