Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, currently has an opening for a&nbsp;SALES RECRUITER to join our team. This&nbsp;position will be responsible for recruitment of Sales candidates in&nbsp;a designated&nbsp;region. The addition of this position is due to our rapid and on-going expansion. 
</p>
<strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong> 
<ul>
	<li>
	<div>
	Screen resumes and qualify candidates by conducting interviews via phone and in person. 
	</div>
	</li>
	<li>Schedule/coordinate interviews with hiring managers. </li>
	<li>Update and track results of Internet postings. </li>
	<li>Field Recruiting. </li>
	<li>Attend Job Fairs throughout an assigned territory within the Northeast. </li>
	<li>Conduct reference checks. </li>
	<li>Maintain &amp; create various recruitment reports. </li>
	<li>General administrative responsibilities. </li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements:</strong> 
<ul>
	<li>Must have at least&nbsp;2 years of&nbsp;experience in Recruiting-preferably commissioned sales representatives, retail environment or agency experience. </li>
	<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. </li>
	<li>Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.</li>
	<li>Must be flexible to travel at least one day a week to participate in field recruiting.</li>
