The RN ResourcePool Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical/compliance operations and clinical staff supervision. Responsible for the day-to-day management of education, regulatory compliance, productivity, and utilization of clinical staff. Maintains customer relations with hospital management and monitors activity in ProSource and HR system.

Qualifications: RN licensure in State of Texas, Three years experience in healthcare management; Agency/Staffing agency start-up experience a plus!
