As our Director of US Talent Acquisition, you&rsquo;ll align the Global Talent Acquisition strategies in the region. You'll provide vision and execute while integrating the US Talent Acquisition function into a new enterprise-wide talent management philosophy.&nbsp;You'll lead the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies, practices and procedures that result in attracting and retaining the highest-qualified candidates for Nike in the US Geography, including the affiliates. You'll also manage the operations of the business through plans, budgets, performance targets, metrics and policies. You'll contribute to Corporate HR's business planning and strategic direction. You'll also direct the&nbsp;US Talent Acquisition&nbsp;organization by setting team management goals, coaching staff and creating opportunities for staff development. You'll make decisions on hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, recognition and rewards. You'll also consult with and provide consistent communication to senior leaders on hiring efforts. In addition, you'll identify and manage third-party vendors, including advertising, candidate management, a contingent workforce and search firms.&nbsp;

<p>
Requirements for the position include:&nbsp; 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field </li>
	<li>10 years' experience in talent acquisition or executive recruitment&nbsp; </li>
	<li>3 years&rsquo; experience in corporate talent acquisition </li>
	<li>6 years' experience in a&nbsp;leadership role </li>
	<li>Experience interacting with executives at the VP-level on a regular basis </li>
	<li>Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide and diverse audience </li>
	<li>Ability to develop high-profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers </li>
	<li>Excellent financial skills and knowledge, including the ability to use factual data to make decisions and ensure profitability </li>
	<li>Exceptional understanding and application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as innovation, inspiration, employee development, coaching and engagement </li>
	<li>Demonstrated leadership in building an effective learning environment, creating empowering processes and leading major change implementation efforts </li>
	<li>Ability to establish an independent view, make decisions and motivate others, especially during difficult situations or on tough organizational issues </li>
	<li>An understanding of and appreciation for diversity across cultures and people </li>
	<li>Ability to Develop strong working relationships across a matrix organization</li>

As our Employee Relations Manager, you'll create a competitive advantage for Nike by being the ER subject matter expert and partnering with employees and business units to ensure the consistency, fairness and legal compliance in the work environment. You'll demonstrate leadership and initiative by mentoring others and using sound analysis to make proactive recommendations that address the business needs. You'll also respond to complex ER situations and identify solutions that align with the ER business plan, Nike corporate initiatives and legal requirements. You'll also conduct training in accordance with the ER training curriculum, including Managing to Win, Harassment - Zero Tolerance, Coaching for Excellence and Corrective Action classes; communicate revisions to the Nike employment policies and procedures to the HR community, business leaders and employees; and support compliance initiatives, including postings, wage and hour issues, record retention and I-9s. This opportunity also involves preparing a comprehensive/effective response to administrative charges of discrimination and wage and hour/pay violations. In addition, you'll track and report data to measure the value and effectiveness of ER initiatives.&nbsp;Requirements for the position include: 
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Relations or a related field </li>
	<li>6 years' varied/progressive HR or related business experience </li>
	<li>8 years' experience in lieu of a degree </li>
	<li>Experience leading project teams </li>
	<li>Ability to work with, inspire and create consensus within a group to cooperatively achieve a common goal </li>
	<li>Advanced knowledge of employment laws </li>
	<li>Proven experience in HR, including performance/compensation management, employee relations, training and development, leadership and competency development, and benefits </li>
	<li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills needed for consensus building </li>
	<li>Ability to be confidential with sensitive information </li>
	<li>Ability to influence and drive positive change as an effective business partner </li>
	<li>Interpersonal and organizational consulting, policy design, program design, delivery and facilitation skills </li>
	<li>Ability to develop and facilitate interventions that reflect systemic thinking </li>
	<li>Word and Excel skills </li>
	<li>PowerPoint skills are a plus </li>
	<li>Project management experience is preferred</li>
