We are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to work on site with a client in Thousand Oaks, CA. The selected individual will work on-site at the client location.

Responsibilities include:

Candidate/client interaction
Process management
Internet research and recruiting
Research and development of sourcing strategies
Resume rating and mining
Candidate screening, behavioral based interviewing, role playing
Presentation development and delivery
Interview management
Interview logistics and scheduling
Report generation and metric analysis
Client specific organizational training

Requirements:

High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive
Bachelor's degree
Recruiting and Interview experience
Very strong oral and written communication skills
High level of proficiency with Internet applications and Microsoft Office products
Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional quality of work
Team participation

Desired Requirements:

Experience with biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Experience with Research Development and/or Medical in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Previous Experience in Human Resources, staffing or recruiting
Familiar or direct experience with BrassRing HireSystems Applicant Tracking System
