		<title><![CDATA[International Recruiter]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation seeks an International Recruiter to identify and recruit staff for overseas positions as well as proposals in response to domestic and international donors.&nbsp; Working as a member of a solid recruiting team, the International Recruiter will be responsible for providing broad staffing support to both the new business development and HR departments.&nbsp; The successful candidate will employ their passion for public health and international development knowledge in order to build and maintain strong relationships in support of the Foundation&rsquo;s strategic goals.&nbsp; Finally, this individual will play a key role in the bridging strategy between new business development needs and human resources implications; providing guidance and recommendations to both functions. 
</p>
<p>
<strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Work closely with hiring managers and the New Business Development Unit to determine project and proposal staffing requirements&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Develop local, national and international recruiting plans/pipelines and sourcing strategies based on both current and projected needs</li>
	<li>Create vacancy announcements and job descriptions as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Source candidates, review resumes, assess candidates' suitability and verify information using appropriate tracking mechanisms through applicant tracking system&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Conduct interviews and coordinate logistics for appropriate stakeholders/interviewees&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Communicate recruiting/HR best practices to hiring managers and New Business Development Officers&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Write and contribute to management and staffing sections of proposals as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Manage relationships with appropriate vendors such as DEVEX to ensure recruiting and new business team is maximizing benefits and opportunities in order to identify top talent quickly&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Follow up on leads proactively, develop strong talent pools and active networks</li>
</ul>
<p>
<strong>Required Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree with 4+ years demonstrated success in recruiting high volume diverse pipelines&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Proven track record of full-life cycle recruiting including: creatively sourcing candidates, pre-screening candidates, interviewing and finalizing offers&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>2+ years relevant experience in international development, preferably in public health&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Experience recruiting for proposals for CDC/USAID (or other donor) projects&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Technologically savvy and strong computer literacy skills; web 2.0, social networking and applicant tracking systems, previous experience with TALEO strongly preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

	<li>Proven ability manage multiple priorities, set goals and meet tight deadlines&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Demonstrated negotiation skills; diplomacy and ability to influence key decision makers&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Strong networking and client management abilities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Fluency in French or Portuguese a plus&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>International travel up to 20%</li>
