We are currently seeking a Strategy and Operations Practice Leader for our growing Recruiting Outsourcing Division.  You will be responsible for the sales and recruiting, P&L, along with the strategic growth and development of this practice group.  This practice area sells both hourly and strategic RPO solutions.  The candidate needs to be proficient in managing performance, metrics, customer expectations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.  This position is equivalent to a Branch Manager or VP of Sales.  This is an executive-level position and responsibility.    

What we ask of you:

10+ years of solid sales and operations experience with impressive year over year results and increases in top and bottom line revenue.

Strategic vision, a deep understanding and passion for all aspects of building a Business Unit.

Management ability and experience with growing, developing, and coaching strong teams.

Clear track record and ability to define and formulate both long and short-term operating objectives to hit profit goals and projections.

Tenacious, entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication and problem-solving skills. 

Salary:$150,000 with some flexibility
