		<title><![CDATA[Campus Recruiter]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Campus Recruiter located in our Parsippany, New Jersey office. This position will be responsible for executing the campus recruiting strategy for the Management Development MBA full-time and summer intern programs, as well as growing the undergraduate campus recruiting program to meet entry level recruiting needs within the business.<br />

Responsibilities: As Campus Recruiter you will own the entire recruiting process for the MBA Management Development Program (1st and 2nd year). You will also be the owner of the undergraduate campus recruiting program for pre-identified positions. You will coordinate senior executive involvement in campus recruiting events at target schools, and develop relationships with student organizations. You will identify networks and sources of candidates, attend campus recruiting events, assess and qualify candidates, and develop strategies to raise DSI awareness at target campuses. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campus scheduling, logistics and collateral is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. You will identify campus event sponsorship opportunities, and assist the business in detrmining ROI, make recommednations for content and design to the DSI career website for the campus audience. Additionally, you will analyze related metrics and make recommendations based on results.<br />

Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree; PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. You must have least 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience. Campus recruiting experience at both undergraduate and MBA levels is preferred, as is prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You must have demonstrated networking skills, along with the ability to identify innovative methods to source campus talent. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong relationship management, presentation, partnering and multi-tasking skills.<br />

This position requires approximately 30% travel during peak times in the academic recruiting cycle. <br />

		<description><![CDATA[The Information Technology College Recruiting team is within the Firmwide Campus Recruiting group and is responsible for campus recruiting for the IT Division. Currently, the team is recruiting for the Technology Training, Technology Summer, and Technology Co-op Programs in the United States and Canada. We are looking for a senior level individual (Manager or Director) to manage our campus recruiting initiatives for programs in North America (United States and Canada). This individual would be responsible for collaborating with the heads of the IT business to solidify hiring needs, create and execute business strategy to ensure a strong pipeline into the IT division, collaborate with training to identify, talent pool criteria, and manage a team of 3 recruiters and one coordinator to drive execution of campus recruiting strategies. This individual would be responsible for:

Creation and Implementation of Strategic Campus Recruiting Business Plans for North America Region (Including United States and Canada) for Full-Time, Summer, and Co-op Programs:

<li>Collaborate with heads of IT business to determine staffing needs and determine regional targets for full time and intern pools as well as sustain continuous support of campus recruiting initiatives throughout the organization<br />
</li>
<li>Engage members of HR senior management to understand global target directives and solidify regional target numbers <br />
</li>
<li>Development and presentation of campus recruiting business plan to business heads, including identifying appropriate target schools, alternative sources to campus recruitment, and selection/training of Morgan Stanley technologists to participate in recruiting initiatives<br />
</li>
<li>Collaborate with Firmwide Campus Marketing and IT communications to determine appropriate marketing approaches, including printed material, printed advertisements, website content, and any additional marketing needs (on a case by case basis)<br />
</li>
<li>Work closely with MSU University (Learning &amp; Development) in selection of candidates, determine program marketing approach, and identify appropriate training opportunities for technology professionals interested in the recruiting process <br />
</li>
<li>Compile data and analyze campus trends for senior management, Kick-Off presentations, and recruiting team Post Mortems <br />
</li>
<li>Educate IT community on campus recruiting initiatives via seasonal recruiting kickoffs<br />
</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with Firmwide Campus recruiting officers, regional IT recruiting groups, as well as competitor campus recruiting officers to share best practices and understand current recruiting trends <br />
</li>
<li>Coordinate with visa center on specific candidate visa issues and communicating potential visa impacts to senior management<br />

Manage daily operations of Technology Campus recruiting organization, a team of three recruiters and one coordinator, including:

<li>Minimum of 5 years of Campus Recruiting in a Financial Services environment<br />
