The Time Warner Cable Corporate Charlotte office currently seeks a seasoned Recruitment Technology Consultant for our Human Resources Department. The purpose of this role is to provide broad recruitment functional expertise requiring strong working knowledge of BrassRing and specialty talent evaluation software, end user consulting and business process redesign, and strong reporting skills. <br />

Essential Job Functions:<br />
<br />
The scope of this role is dedicated to driving the organizations web recruitment systems Brass Ring. Job will involve overall management of BrassRing system from configuration, testing, reporting and integrations with other vendor systems. The incumbent will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to oversee process improvement. Evaluate existing recruitment processes and identify more efficient ways to accomplish goals and meet customer and client requirements through the use of technology. Work towards continuously improving the recruitment processes through regular assessment and adjustment<br />

Job Requirements:<br />
The candidate should possess a Bachelors degree with at least three years of BrassRing functional development experience. Experience with current version of BrassRing highly desirable. <br />
<br />
Requires proven system testing and problem solving skills. Experience with a successful record of completing one live BrassRing implementation or upgrade through entire life cycle of project, testing, and deployment. <br />
<br />
Proven experience in developing reports and metrics using industry standard reporting/ Business Intelligence products.<br />
<br />
Expert working knowledge of MS Office Suite. <br />
<br />
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.<br />
<br />
Work Experience with Peoplesoft HRMS, PreVisor and Business Objects highly desirable.<br />]]></description>

Design and implement interviewing processes that maximize efficiencies, establish accountabilities, and enable predictability<br />
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the US, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills, and core competencies and present them to appropriate hiring teams<br />
Understand candidate needs, be a compensation expert and a consultant to the business, and successfully close candidates<br />
Ensure that every candidate has a world class experience<br />

Qualifications:<br />
<br />
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent<br />
5+ years of account management and candidate generation experience, preferably in the mobile and high-tech space<br />
Experience with creating technical candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success<br />
Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills<br />
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization <br />
Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives<br />
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships <br />
