<ul>
	<li>Candidate relationship management
	<ul>
		<li>Returning candidate calls</li>
		<li>Providing company and benefits information</li>
		<li>Sending Employment Application, Background Check form, and Voluntary EEO Survey</li>
		<li>Sending email correspondence</li>
		<li>Making travel arrangements for candidates and ensuring expenses are reimbursed</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>End to end &ldquo;high touch&rdquo; candidate process:&nbsp; 
	<ul>
		<li>Interview Management 
		<ul>
			<li>Scheduling interviews</li>
			<li>Welcoming and exiting candidates&nbsp; </li>
			<li>Coordination of interviewer</li>
			<li>Collecting and tracking interview feedback</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Compliance
	<ul>
		<li>Tracking of candidate information and process steps in the Applicant Tracking Systems</li>
		<li>Capturing Voluntary EEO information upon interview</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Reporting
	<ul>
		<li>Design and develop weekly recruiting reports
		<ul>
			<li>Metrics</li>
			<li>Trending analysis</li>
			<li>Source Effectiveness</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Employee Referral Program
	<ul>
		<li>Develop marketing and promotional events and materials</li>
		<li>Tracking of referral, hires, and Employee Referral bonus payment</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Sourcing 
	<ul>
		<li>Provide internet sourcing of candidates</li>
		<li>Beginner&rsquo;s screening of candidates</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Recruiting Tools
	<ul>
		<li>Maintain listing of recruiting source</li>
		<li>Keep current payment and expiration data of web source and membership source</li>
		<li>Identify unique branding and recruiting source</li>
		<li>Be the Super User for Cyber Recruiter
		<ul>
			<li>Reporting</li>
			<li>Internal User Training Support</li>
			<li>Change Requisition status as necessary</li>
			<li>Data updates</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
		<li>Creation of interview and marketing materials</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Recruitment Special Projects
	<ul>
		<li>Identify, signup, and attend for recruiting events</li>
		<li>Attend Business Development Events</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Minimum Qualifications &sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years administration experience or 4 years relevance experience on a recruiting team&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are required&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, staff and other internal and external office visitors&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently, with extreme attention to detail&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated poise during high stress situation&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Punctuality, reliability and flexibility are required&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to schedule complex interviews&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be able to work independently and be self motivated&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to maintain confidentiality is required]]></description>
