POSITION OVERVIEW <br />
KV Pharmaceutical seeks VP of Corporate Learning &amp; Development to have oversight for training and development programs as well as KV&rsquo;s learning management system (LMS). The position requires integration and cross-functional communication between our corporate, manufacturing, and sales training leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge management. Key objectives include designing, directing, and implementing a corporate university structure. The VP will also collaborate with staffing and human resources to develop and enhance programs for succession planning, mentoring/coaching, career development, and performance management. <br />

QUALIFICATIONS <br />
Qualified candidates will posses a Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Adult Learning, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 year&rsquo;s of experience leading a team is required as well as managing a broad range of training and development initiatives with exposure at the corporate office level. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of designing and using metrics to measure the effectiveness/impact of training/development programs.
