The Interactive Recruiting Manager we're seeking is not afraid to talk to people (often chasing them down), is great at networking (and has quite a large network of web professionals already), and has fabulous multi-tasking skills. He or she is someone who knows how to find a needle in a haystack but can still throw a party so cool that everyone wants to attend. We want someone so dedicated, so skilled, and so personally wonderful that they will quickly fit right in.

We seek someone who has:

  • Several years of experience working as a recruiter in an interactive advertising/marketing agency, web consulting firm or corporate environment.
  • Solid experience with and knowledge of the Interactive industry and the online marketing, design and development jobs that correspond to it
  • Ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities
  • Desire to be the internal subject matter expert on all things web-related and manage a helluva lot of information
  • Proven ability to build a NETWORK; keeping in touch with a large group of people over time
  • Amazing multi-tasking skills and drive and energy to boot
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and no fear of making lots of phone calls, always asking 'who do you know?'


    We're looking for is someone who is:

  • Nice (you'll stifle your giggle at the boss's mixed metaphors, but laugh out loud with everyone when we add the latest hilarious gem to our 'quote book')
  • Fun (we don't sing "Happy Birthday," we scream it at the top of our lungs and almost catch the room on fire)
  • Passionate about your work and self-directed to achieve
  • Driven by success (or maybe driven by getting our "kick ass award"
  • Hungry for a chocolate snack at any time of the day, and a martini on Thirsty Thursday
