We're looking for someone who's truly INTERACTIVE to help our

<p>
The
Interactive Recruiting Manager we're seeking is not afraid to talk to
people (often chasing them down), is great at networking (and has quite
a large network of web professionals already), and has fabulous
multi-tasking skills. He or she is someone who knows how to find a
needle in a haystack but can still throw a party so cool that everyone
wants to attend. We want someone so dedicated, so skilled, and so
personally wonderful that they will quickly fit right in. <br />
</p>
<p>
<strong>We seek someone who has:</strong>
</p>
<li>Several years of experience working as a recruiter in an interactive advertising/marketing
agency, web consulting firm or corporate environment. </li>
<li>Solid experience with and knowledge of the
Interactive industry and the online marketing, design and development
jobs that correspond to it </li>
<li>Ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities</li>
<li>Desire to be the internal subject matter expert on all things web-related and manage a helluva lot of information</li>
<li>Proven ability to build a NETWORK; keeping in touch with a large group of people over time </li>
<li>Amazing multi-tasking skills and drive and energy to boot</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and no fear of making lots of phone calls, always asking 'who do you know?' <br />
