We are currently searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to work directly with our corporate clients to meet their recruiting needs.  You will work with the hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, determine job requirements, source candidates, screen resumes from Monster/Careerbuilder job postings, phone screen candidates, direct sourcing, schedule interviews and verify candidate references.  This potentially could be a virtual recruiting opportunity.

Job Requirements are detailed below:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years recruiting experience within a corporate or search firm environment.
• Must be proficient with on-line recruiting web sites such as Monster and Careerbuilder.
• Technical/Engineer recruiting experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers.
• Prior search experience is a strong plus.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
