We are currently searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to work directly with our corporate clients to meet their recruiting needs.&nbsp; You will work with the hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, determine job requirements, source candidates, screen resumes from Monster/Careerbuilder job postings, phone screen candidates, direct sourcing, schedule interviews and verify candidate references.&nbsp; This potentially could be a virtual recruiting opportunity.

Job Requirements are detailed below:

<p>

</p>
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
	<li>3 to 5 years recruiting experience within a corporate or search firm environment.</li>
	<li>Must be proficient with on-line recruiting web sites such as Monster and Careerbuilder.</li>
	<li><strong>Technical/Engineer recruiting experience is required.</strong></li>
	<li><strong>Experience recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers.</strong></li>
	<li><strong>Prior search experience is a strong plus.</strong></li>
	<li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
