Requirements

• Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience (contingency or search) with a proven track record of developing relationships and delivering results.
• Banking recruitment experience is great but not necessary. We provide in-depth training to put you on track to working on assignments as quickly as possible.

Must Have:

-Minimum of 10 yrs of full life cycle recruiting

-Minimum of 7 years of executive recruiting experience

-Minimum of 2 yr of experience utilizing and understanding the new OFCCP guidelines and how they apply to recruiting

-Minimum of 4 yrs of experience recruiting for a Technology focused Consulting firm similar to Keane

-Bachelors degree desired

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare recruitment with contacts throughout the territory (CO, AZ, NM, UT). The home office is located in Denver, CO. Travel is 40-50%. We offer competitive salary, generous commission plan and excellent benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Finance and Accounting experience, a plus.
• High End CONTINGENT or Retained experience REQUIRED
• First year compensation - $115K to 140K (base & commission)
