<p>
<em><u>Responsibilities:</u></em> 
</p>
<p>
- Recruit external and internal candidates for exempt and non-exempt (up to Director level positions) for Corporate, Store Operations, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Transportation 
</p>
<p>
- Recruit for both experienced and pipeline needs to include college recruiting 
</p>
<p>
- Acts as a consultant to the Client Group regarding Recruiting programs, processes and policies 
</p>
<p>
- May administer a Recruiting program or process 
</p>
<p>
- Develops and maintains strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross functional business units 
</p>
<p>
- Source candidates through multiple coordinated sources, including but not limited to: research, cold calls, direct recruiting, referrals and networking on a local, state and national level 
</p>
<p>
- Implement and give input into new process and program development 
</p>
<p>
- Review resumes and assess candidates 
</p>
<p>
- Review and discuss the performance of candidates with interviewers 
</p>
<p>
- Assess and evaluate candidates based on responses to behavioral-based interviews 
</p>
<p>
- Gain knowledge of candidates to determine offer requirements; proactively address possible objections to offer to arrive at candidate acceptance of offer using influencing and negotiation skills 
</p>
<p>
- Conduct reference checks 
</p>
<p>
- Coordinate the compensation package, relocation and offer letter 
</p>
<p>
- Coordinate job fairs and report on results 
</p>
<p>
- Administer the job posting program by composing, writing and posting jobs 
</p>
<p>
- Document all recruiting activity 
</p>
<p>
- Use e-Recruiting system to input and extract data as needed 
</p>
<p>
- Attend business unit meetings as necessary 
</p>
<p>
- Conduct reference checks not listed by applicant 
</p>
&nbsp;<em><u>Requirements:</u></em>&nbsp; 
<p>
- Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or comparable experience preferred 
</p>
<p>
- 3-5 yrs Recruiting experience 
</p>
<p>
- Intermediate PC Skills 
</p>
<p>
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers 
</p>
<p>
- Ability to work with all levels of management 
</p>
<p>
- Experience dealing directly with the public though career fairs and campus visits 
</p>
<p>
- Ability to provide a consultative approach with business units 
</p>
<p>
- Strong organizational and time management skills 
</p>
<p>
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills 
</p>
<p>
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
</p>
<p>
- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays 
</p>
<p>
- Work extended hours 
</p>
<p>
- Must be available to work flexible hours (on limited occasion) including nights, weekends and holidays 
</p>

Commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus potential.
