We are looking for 2-3 excellent recruiters to add to our team, with a strong focus on the Temp/Contract side of the business.  All of our recruiters work a full desk, working both permanent and contract placements, and everyone in the group can work on each other's searches.  It is a great model that promotes teamwork and ultimately helps everyone to be more successful.

Our focus is on building our billing in the contract area, and those with strong experience in that are will receive top consideration.

Your experience should include:

• 2-3 years minimum experience in full cycle, agency recruiting, working a full desk (recruiting and client development)
• An entrepreneural spirit and the ability to work independently
• Extensive experience obtaining and filling contract positions
• Eperience in IT, marketing, sales, HR, legal, or some other specialty that provides successful billing
• Extensive client contacts and the ability to seek out new ones
• An electric personality, a can-do attitude, and a strong desire to succeed
