		<title><![CDATA[Director, Recruitment]]></title>

The Director, Recruitment is responsible for directing and managing the talent acquisition team for CME Group and for partnering with senior business leaders to identify and fill executive talent gaps in the key growth segments of our global business.&nbsp;This role is responsible for developing customized recruitment strategies that align with CME Group&rsquo;s goals and objectives and leading the recruitment team to tactically meet those needs.&nbsp;This role will also be responsible for evaluating CME Group&rsquo;s current talent acquisition model and related costs, and introducing enhancements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring process. Experience in the financial services industry is essential to success in this role.&nbsp;Specific responsibilities include: 
</div>
<ul>
	<li>Work closely with line managers, senior executives and HR Business Partners to assess talent needs of key business areas, develop strategic staffing plans based upon specific business demands and opportunities, and implement creative and efficient recruitment campaigns to ensure resource needs are met </li>
	<li>Provide hands-on management and execution of executive-level searches, including providing regular candidate and search status reporting </li>
	<li>Leverage relationships and networks in the financial services industry to identify and attract top talent to our key business areas </li>
	<li>Develop a global talent sourcing strategy and network of contacts </li>
	<li>Initiate, negotiate, and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high quality candidates, pre-screening services, and talent acquisition </li>
	<li>Develop and implement candidate sourcing and evaluation processes that encourage and support diversity and inclusion </li>
	<li>Collaborate with the Compensation &amp; Benefits team to create competitive pay packages for executive-level talent </li>
	<li>Demonstrate expertise in the area of talent acquisition; stay current on leading edge recruiting tools, strategies, technologies and sources; gather and manage financial costs/value data regarding all costs associated with talent acquisition; evaluate and implement appropriate tools to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of our recruiting and hiring process </li>
	<li>Ensure effective and consistent hiring practices across the business areas; train hiring managers in the development of competency-based interview skills that consistently lead to the selection and hiring of high quality candidates </li>
	<li>Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 5-7 talent acquisition professionals consisting of professional recruiters and coordinators; team management includes hiring, resource allocation, coaching, performance management, and employee development </li>
	<li>Provide regular reports to senior management on key recruiting metrics such as new hires, recruiting cycle time, cost per hire, offer-to-acceptance ratio and quality of service </li>
	<li>Develop effective on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully acclimated to CME Group </li>
	<li>Manage Executive Referral Program and ensure appropriate follow-up on executive and board level referrals </li>
	<li>Manage the annual process of identifying business sponsors for the two-year rotational program, recruiting candidates for the program, and creating a positive, enriching professional experience for participants </li>
	<li>Manage effective utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools </li>
	<li>Manage INS processing and new hire relocation </li>
	<li>Manage recruitment budget, including annual forecast and monthly accrual and forecasting of expenses </li>
</ul>

<strong>Job Requirements:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Minimum of 10 years in recruiting/staffing with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry </li>
	<li>Experience recruiting executive level positions </li>
	<li>Proven success implementing innovative processes in a high volume, service-oriented recruiting environment </li>
	<li>Strong communication skills (both oral and written), process management skills, and analytical and decision-making skills&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Superior facilitation and influencing skills required, including ability to effectively manage internal and external business relationships </li>
	<li>Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload </li>
	<li>Knowledge of applicant tracking systems </li>
	<li>Bachelors degree </li>

</strong>This position, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, will function in both strategic and consultative roles. This person will manage and mentor the existing team of 3 in-house recruiters and continue to develop the team in support of ECCU&rsquo;s aggressive business growth.

The Talent Acquisition team is operating smoothly and will benefit from a Director who will focus on refining rather than redefining the recruiting function. This provides an opportunity for the Director to lead strategic initiatives such as improving quality of hire, implementing consultative best practices, and introducing creative sourcing plans to result in top talent acquisition and talent pipeline development.

<strong>What are some responsibilities of this position?</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Provide strategic direction and staffing expertise, as well as the development and management of recruiting initiatives, policies, practices and activities to acquire &ldquo;best in class&rdquo; talent for the organization.</li>
	<li>Passionately believe and embrace the tenets of evangelical Christianity and convey the organization&rsquo;s Statement of Faith, Core Values, and Mission to prospective employees for the purposes of assessing candidate cultural fit.</li>
	<li>Provide leadership, development, and management to the Talent Acquisition team, as well as personally managing the recruiting efforts for senior management and other key positions.</li>
	<li>Analyze trends, create metrics and understand business needs to develop highly effective proactive recruiting strategies and programs to ensure an on-going pipeline of top talent to fill approximately 150 new and replacement positions (all levels) annually.</li>
	<li>Ensures that all recruiters and hiring managers are trained on the following:<br />
	The functionality of the ATS and capturing recruiting activity and transactions in the system.<br />
	The utilization of Development Dimension International&rsquo;s (DDI) Targeted Selection&reg; behavioral-based interviewing technique.<br />
	The hiring process (to include the implementation and ongoing use of service level agreements).</li>
	<li>Create, develop and execute branding and advertising initiatives/strategies in partnership with senior management and marketing to enhance the organization&rsquo;s image in the talent market.</li>
	<li>Develop and execute a college relations initiative; establish and nurture strategic partnerships with churches and ministries for recruiting purposes.</li>
	<li>Research, identify, negotiate and successfully manage outsourced vendor solutions to assist in the enterprise recruiting efforts. </li>

<p>
<strong>What are some of the requirements of this position?</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.</li>
	<li>8+ years experience in recruiting management (or a combination of recruiting and HR Generalist background with heavy emphasis on staffing).</li>
	<li>Extensive knowledge of strategic workforce planning in all aspects of recruiting and selection.</li>
	<li>Must have track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates ranging from entry level to the senior level executive.</li>
	<li>Comprehensive knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing all aspects of employment law, particularly as they apply to not-for-profit religious organizations.</li>
	<li>Substantial knowledge of recruitment and candidate assessment/selection techniques to include Development Dimension International&rsquo;s (DDI) Targeted Selection&reg; model.</li>
	<li>Demonstrated state of the art search and recruiting methodology including social networking.</li>
	<li>Demonstrated understanding of the candidate management processes, including the ability to orchestrate a positive candidate experience through the entire process. </li>
