Recruiting responsibility includes:

 - Manage and execute all aspects of assigned searches across Healthcare, Technology, Consumer Electonics and CPG Industries, cross functionally.  

 - Work with partners to build search strategy, research and identify candidates, manage research and project associate team members, candidate development, and presentation, customer relationship management, reporting and tracking. 

Position will be based in our Fort Lee, NJ office.  Commutable from NYC, Westchester, CT and Pharma belt in NJ.  Some flexibility, home set up, but consultants are typically in HQ office 3-4 days per week.  No relocation.

About this position: This is position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Clinical Leadership positions within the northeast region.  This role will require a proactive, creative approach to sourcing candidates as well as an extreme sense of urgency (we work in an ever-changing dynamic environment). Our ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Leadership Recruiting experience, we prefer healthcare, specifically experience recruiting for clinical management positions
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• A relentless passion for recruiting and what we do
• Proficient with advance sourcing techniques (such as AIRS and social recruiting)
• The ability to build and maintain solid relationships with hiring managers and provide a high-touch, high-quality experience for all candidates
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong phone presence
• Exceptional follow-up skills
• An extreme sense of urgency
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS office to track and report candidate and job statistics
• The ability to travel up to 15%
