<strong>Responsibilities include:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Candidate/client interaction </li>
	<li>Process management </li>
	<li>Internet research and recruiting </li>
	<li>Research and development of sourcing strategies </li>
	<li>Resume rating and mining </li>
	<li>Candidate screening, behavioral based interviewing, role playing </li>
	<li>Presentation development and delivery </li>
	<li>Interview management </li>
	<li>Interview logistics and scheduling </li>
	<li>Report generation and metric analysis </li>
	<li>Client specific organizational training</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements:</strong> 
<ul>
	<li>High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive </li>
	<li>Bachelor's degree </li>
	<li>Recruiting and Interview experience </li>
	<li>Very strong oral and written communication skills </li>
	<li>High level of proficiency with Internet applications and Microsoft Office products </li>
	<li>Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment </li>
	<li>Exceptional quality of work </li>
	<li>Team participation</li>
</ul>
<strong>Desired Requirements:</strong> 
<ul>
	<li>Experience with biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry </li>
	<li>Experience with Research Development and/or Medical in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry </li>
	<li>Previous Experience in Human Resources, staffing or recruiting</li>
	<li>Familiar or direct experience with BrassRing HireSystems Applicant Tracking System</li>
