<strong>College Program:</strong>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manages project team to build the infrastructure of Vail Resorts enterprise wide College Program (internship; roughly 5000 students).&nbsp; This includes development of program guidelines, content, support materials, training programs, communication &amp; change management strategy, etc.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creates master alliance strategy to determine which Universities should be in-scope and partnered with.&nbsp; Establishes and builds relationships with those Universities&rsquo; career/intern centers to promote Vail College Program as &ldquo;internship of choice.&rdquo;&nbsp; Ensures Vail College Program is compliant with University standards.&nbsp;&nbsp; &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develops and manages campus recruiting strategy including (but not limited to) setting up and managing recruiting events (job fairs, classroom and group/functions), media campaigns to drive applicant awareness and traffic, and execution of candidate management and interview process.&nbsp;&nbsp; &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Works with local HR Directors and other key constituents to determine internship needs by resort (headcount, breakdown by position, housing availability, etc.) for rollup into a master workforce plan.&nbsp;&nbsp; &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Works with Director of Housing and local HR Directors to secure housing for College Program.&nbsp; &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manages the execution of &ldquo;shared&rdquo; training and seminar programs for the College Program including onboarding/orientation, &ldquo;The Business of Vail,&rdquo; &ldquo;College Program Leadership Program,&rdquo; and &ldquo;College Program Career Development.&rdquo;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

<strong>Qualifications:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Minimum 4 years marketing and branding experience with demonstrated knowledge of employer branding, preferably with a large matrix organization and/or recognized recruitment advertising agency.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Minimum 2 year experience managing campus recruitment programs and relations.</li>
	<li>Superior written and oral communication competence &ndash; persuasive and influential, clear, concise and creative.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Demonstrated market research and analysis experience including developing models, scenarios and recommendations.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Demonstrated professional project management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Deep knowledge of Internet marketing strategies and platforms (web design, email campaigns, micro-sites, blogging, social networks, banner and click traffic, etc.)</li>
	<li>Strong collaborator with ability to engage multiple constituents: relationship building and maintenance.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Experience managing 3<sup>rd</sup> party agencies (advertising) and institutions (Universities).&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
