Opportunity</strong>

HR selection
interviewers conduct behavioral and talent based telephone interviews with
candidates who are considering employment opportunities with Gallup. 
These interviews are scheduled in advance by a selection support team and are
an integral hiring tool.  HR Selection Interviewers are responsible
for:
</p>

&bull; Conducting fast-paced, back-to-back scheduled
interviews over the telephone each day<br />
&bull; Maintaining an exceptional
telephone personality with clear and sophisticated communication and enthusiasm<br />
&bull;
Maintaining the highest standards of personal integrity and confidentiality
<br />
&bull; Partnering with highly dedicated, energetic, and committed team
members<br />
&bull; Exceeding highly productive and dedicated individual
performance goals
