<strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong><br />
Leads Managed Service Programs within the MSP organization in order to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction and supplier satisfaction and program compliance. Develops and implements strategies and provides leadership within MSP account management team. Analyzes/interprets results and determines actions required to maintain and develop relationships with qualified MSP customers. Provides consultation regarding complex business issues to colleagues throughout the organization. Travel will be required.&nbsp; Works under limited direction.<br />

<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong><br />
<ul>
	<li>Develops and implements business plans and strategies to develop and enhance invaluable client relationships within the MSP organization.</li>
	<li>Leads the client relationship team to expand existing client relationships, improve clients satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and SOW compliance and increase account revenue.</li>
	<li>Creates and manages key matrix at all levels to ensure regular communication with all key stakeholders and senior management.</li>
	<li>Identifies and closes any gaps or issues preventing clients from agreeing to be reference clients.</li>
	<li>Ensures MSP program management fills requisitions as early as possible to achieve spend management targets.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate subject matter expertise is sales process.</li>
	<li>Manages successful transitions between Sales, Solution Services, Solution Deployment, and Solution Operations and Relationship Management to ensure high quality while reducing cost of sales.</li>
	<li>Creates pipeline of internal and external recruits to fulfill client resource demand that is aligned with Solution Services sales forecast.&nbsp; Ensures strategy is in place to fill future client demand and develop talent.</li>
	<li>Develops and mentors high performer relationship managers while supporting overall talent development with Relationship Management team.</li>
	<li>Finalizes team organization structure, goals and targets for upcoming fiscal year and develops and utilizes account planning approach.</li>
	<li>Conducts stakeholder mapping efforts to manage appropriate relationships.</li>
	<li>Secures thought leadership, speaking and publishing opportunities for Program Management execution and best practices.</li>

<strong>Position Requirements</strong><br />
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or the equivalent</li>
	<li>Minimum of 5 years of Relationship Management/Business Development in contingent workforce Vendor Management Outsourcing (VMO) or Staffing.</li>
	<li>Proven success selling and managing relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing with excellent presentation skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Thorough knowledge of report writing; strategic planning and project planning with an understanding of utilizing resources and communication and implementing agreed upon policy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Innovative approach to resolving client and internal issues in order to create the most cost-effective, deliverable solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Experience in multi-account management and use of MS Office software required, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and&nbsp; Project.</li>

Directs assigned Managed Service Programs within the MSP organization.&nbsp; Primary management functions for designated MSP accounts include: Management of assigned account resources, oversight of order management and supplier program, program management results and performance &amp; compliance management. 
</p>
<p>
Develops and implements business plans and strategies to develop and enhance relationships within the designated MSP client. 
</p>
<p>
Ensures business rules and practices are followed for all major processes within MSP Account Management function in order to ensure standardization, consistency and compliance across programs. 
</p>
<p>
Accountable for recruitment, management and retention of onsite, program management and other dedicated resources assigned to the MSP account. 
</p>
<p>
Responsible for effectiveness of assigned Managed Service Programs and implementation of enhancements/alternatives required to improve client satisfaction and to drive business development. 
</p>
<p>
Ensures account development opportunities are identified and pursued in conjunction with assigned customer. 
</p>
<p>
Analyzes/interprets results to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.&nbsp; Reviews reports on findings and determines solutions required to capitalize on untapped potential.

<p>
Participates in quarterly and yearly business reviews with the designated MSP customer. 
</p>
<p>
Provides consultation to Adecco colleagues within the Solutions and field organization, in order to solve complex MSP account business issues. 
</p>
<p>
Provides recommendations regarding the service delivery strategy and organizational model for other MSP prospects and customers. 
</p>
<p>
Provides consultation to Sales Vice Presidents regarding MSP bids and proposals. Actively participates in sales presentations and negotiations with executives regarding MSP service delivery model, with particular emphasis on service requirements, technology, pricing and SLA&rsquo;s. 
</p>
<p>
<strong>Position Requirements</strong> 
</p>
<p>
Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent plus 5-7 years professional business experience required. Experience developing statements of work is essential.&nbsp; Expertise and experience with managed service programs, national contract sales and the contingent workforce industry required.&nbsp; Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills also required.
