		<description><![CDATA[Position Title:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruitment Specialist (Contractor)Reports To:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Talent Acquisition Manager - Manufacturing&nbsp;This position is a Temporary role and is not eligible for relocation&nbsp;Purpose of Role:&nbsp;Under direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager - Manufacturing/R&amp;D, this position manages full life-cycle recruitment for positions within Mars Petcare US and is responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts, recruits, and selects high-performing, high potential associates who will drive the business forward.&nbsp; Full life-cycle recruiting includes working with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, sourcing for candidates, pre-screening candidates, conducting debriefs and on-boarding new associates&nbsp;Principal Accountabilities&nbsp;Together with the TALENT ACQUISITION Manager and HR Generalist, determine a recruiting strategy for supported function. Sets benchmark and criteria for determining, sourcing and attracting top talent.&nbsp;Work with assigned business unit hiring managers to learn about open roles, determine core capabilities/ experiences for success in these roles, and create a plan for filling these roles utilizing appropriate tools (including timeline, interviewers, etc.)&nbsp;Source for candidates for open roles (including internal, external, actively looking, and passive candidates).&nbsp; May be required to source for candidates outside of Corporate business scope as needed.&nbsp;Work with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule interviews, coach interviewers, facilitate debrief meeting.&nbsp; Ensure resources, tools and follow-up provided to hiring managers, panelists, and candidates in a timely manner.&nbsp; Partner with&nbsp;Talent Acquisition&nbsp;Manager and HR Generalist for creation of Lominger decks, etc.&nbsp;Work with HR Generalist to create offers for candidates. Serve as primary point of contact for new associates with HR&amp;O questions.&nbsp;Maintain the applicant tracking and talent pipeline processes.&nbsp; Provide weekly updates to Dashboard and other tracking tools as required.&nbsp;Engage with key associations to build strong networking links.&nbsp;Suggest new innovations to drive the TALENT ACQUISITION team forward.&nbsp;&nbsp;Mission Critical Competencies:Action OrientedBusiness AcumenComposureCustomer FocusHiring and StaffingSizing up PeopleDecision QualityInterpersonal SavvyManagerial CourageOrganizational Agility&nbsp;Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 3 years high volume full life cycle recruitment experience working on multi-level roles.
