<strong>Position Summary </strong>As a member of inVentiv&rsquo;s Recruitment Services Team, incumbent will develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies for all regular full-time exempt and non-exempt positions across inVentiv Corporate, Commercial and Patient Outcomes divisions of inVentiv Health.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;

<p>
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to identify top talent for all positions throughout Commercial, Patient Outcomes and AWAC divisions in NJ, PA, NY and GA.&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manages the full recruitment life cycle from the initial development and benchmarking of job descriptions (as needed) through final offer and acceptance of a new hire. 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Develop strong business relationships with internal customers, HR colleagues and candidates.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>&nbsp;Utilizes a variety of recruitment tactics that include, but are not limited to:&nbsp; Develop and maintain consistent relationships with professional organizations and academic universities to attract quality candidates.</li>
	<li>Participate in career fairs and professional networking events to increase candidate pool. </li>
	<li>Advertise and Market opportunities on Job Boards and conduct active sourcing of Internal and External Resume Databases.o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build candidate networks in targeted geographies and skill sets.</li>
	<li>Oversees the internal transfer program.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Manages the internal job posting announcements.&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Meets with existing employees that seek internal transfer opportunities.</li>
	<li>Acts as advisor to management regarding potential internal candidates. </li>
	<li>Develop and execute programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse work force.</li>
	<li>Accurately utilize, manage and present data from Applicant Tracking System for compliance with EEOC &amp; OFCCP and development of recruiting metrics reports.</li>
	<li>Proactively partners with all levels of management to develop department specific recruiting program based on short and long-term staffing plans while consulting to define and ensure best practice hiring and compliance.</li>
	<li>Manages and participates in the development of the annual corporate recruiting budget.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Coordination of Corporate Referral Program.&sect;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.&nbsp;</li>

<p>
<strong>Qualifications</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in related field with PHR or SPHR or related certification.</li>
	<li>Minimum of four (4) years of recruitment and staffing experience with at least one (1) year in an executive search or staffing organization with proven history of success.</li>
	<li>Must have a proven track-record demonstrating full-life cycle recruiting for multidisciplinary positions including Nursing and Healthcare professionals utilizing executive search methods, i.e. networking, cold calling, researching, database mining etc.</li>
	<li>Experienced recruiting across geographical states and divisions of organization</li>
	<li>Professional demeanor, and strong business acumen</li>
	<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload required</li>
	<li>The ability to work, think and execute strategically</li>
	<li>Sound understanding and use of Applicant Tracking Technologies </li>
