External clients include: potential and actual candidates and applicants, professional associates, peers at other Battelle-managed laboratories, university/college contacts, and a broad network of professional and outreach contacts.

Bachelor's Degree plus five years of direct recruiting experience, or advanced degree plus 2 years of direct recruiting experience required, preferably at a recruiting agency.&nbsp; The ability to sell PNNL and what we have to offer, and talk about making a move.&nbsp; MS Office/Computer skills a must.<br />
Candidate must possess the ability to conduct detailed internet research to identify prospective talent for openings; have a proven record of analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:<br />
