<strong>Essential Functions:</strong><br />
<ul>
	<li>&nbsp;Function as an extension of the client and liaison between client hiring managers and supply base</li>
	<li>Provide advice to the client&rsquo;s hiring managers in regards to top quality candidates, market rates analysis, and forecast needs</li>
	<li>Manage supplier&rsquo;s responses and partner with supply base to fill job requirements in timely manner while focusing on quality</li>
	<li>Run daily operational reports to track progress on job openings</li>
	<li>Raise any supplier performance issues to the Program Manager for resolution</li>
	<li>Provide gap analysis to the Program Manager in regards to supplier performance, sourcing issues and client satisfaction</li>
	<li>Drive and manage sourcing for assigned requisitions which includes the following functions:</li>
</ul>
<p>
&gt;Gather position requirements from the client Hiring Managers, while functioning as a recruiting SME and consultant<br />
&gt;Manage the input of position requirements into VMS platform (Fieldglass) &gt;Distribute the position details to appropriate suppliers (Staffing Vendors) via VMS platform<br />
&gt;Review and short-list supplier submitted candidates<br />
&gt;Interview coordination<br />
&gt;Facilitate calibration calls between Hiring Managers and Suppliers as necessary<br />
&gt;Manage final rate negotiation<br />
&gt;Manage contractor onboarding compliance and make sure that all&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; compliance related tasks were met before contractors start<br />
&gt;Serve as a resource for existing contractors under management<br />
<br />
<strong>Position Requirements</strong><br />
</p>
<ul>
	<li>2-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience</li>
	<li>Experience recruiting in the financial services industry highly desirable</li>
	<li>Experience delivering recruitment services on-site at a client location highly desirable</li>
	<li>Strong recruiting technology (VMS, ATS or HRIS) experience required</li>
	<li>Strong organizational/priority management skills required</li>
	<li>Strong communication (written/oral) and relationship management skills required</li>
	<li>Ability to function within a highly transactional environment required</li>
	<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter which may convert to a regular position after 3 to 6 months, &nbsp;to handle our corporate staff functional recruiting for both our headquarter's and our plants.&nbsp; Reporting to the VP, Global Staffing, this position is a critical member of our small staffing team in a very fast paced recruiting environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;We have the good&nbsp;fortune&nbsp;of using&nbsp;Taleo's sophisticated eRecruiting technology&nbsp;and now, have in place well defined recruitment processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;Armstrong has&nbsp;a full service staffing function with in-house recruiters&nbsp;performing the central roles of sourcing, qualifying, managing the interviewing and selection processes, orchestrating the offer closure process and completing the hire processes.&nbsp; The expectation is that we as recruiters understand the business, coach our managers on best staffing practices, identify and master the unique challenges of our business units, build partnerships with the line and pro-actively and&nbsp;responsively provide the very best service.&nbsp;&nbsp; If this is the way you like to deliver staffing services, this may be the right position for you.&nbsp; Depending upon business conditions and your performance, this position could become a regular position.&nbsp;This is a full time position that requires you to be on-site five days a week in Lancaster, PA.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<strong>Primary accountabilities</strong> 
</p>

	<li>Implementing creative Internet sourcing and data mining </li>
	<li>Writing excellent position descriptions suitable for Internet employment branding &amp; building prescreening questionnaires </li>
	<li>Qualifying candidates against position requirements and competencies </li>
	<li>Helping drive effective interviewing and selection processes </li>
	<li>Appropriately closing recruits </li>
	<li>Effectively manage candidate and internal customer relationships </li>
	<li>Completing all legally required, Staffing Dept &amp; company required recordkeeping </li>
	<li>Participating in staffing process improvement projects.</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong> 
<ul>
	<li>Minimum of 7 years in professional corporate recruiting </li>
	<li>BA / BS degree from an accredited university </li>
	<li>Minimum of one year using eRecruiting Technology.&nbsp; Knowledge of Taleo is a definite advantage. </li>
	<li>High sense of urgency, customer focus and extra-ordinary detail management skills </li>
	<li>Knowledge of effective interviewing methods and EEOC regulations </li>
	<li>Presence to effectively position the staffing opportunity to job seekers and coach hiring managers on effective selection models.</li>
