Pharmacy Recruiter/Talent Mentor

No Brag…Just Fact.

Join the nation's largest renal pharmacy DaVita RX, a unique entrepreneurial opportunity in the context of a successful Fortune 500 company (DaVita Inc. Ticker: DVA). The business has grown from inception to $200 million in annual revenue in just over three years. Enjoy the perks of our larger Village, DaVita, an independent provider of dialysis services in the U.S. dedicated to treating patients suffering from chronic kidney failure.

Why Join Us?

Let's face it…the world of healthcare is dynamic and moves at the speed of light. We expect our recruiter to act as a recruiting consultant to DaVita RX operations, leading and driving communications throughout the recruiting life cycle and consulting/following up every step of the way. This is a relatively new organization that continues to grow rapidly. We admit that we don't have it all nailed down and need to a true recruiting mentor to help get us there. The types of roles we need stars to fill vary from the receptionist at the front door, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, insurance specialists, IT, Accounting, Marketing and any position at DaVita RX up to Director level openings. Isn't it time that you have the opportunity to work with a company that is changing the face of healthcare recruiting?
