We are currently seeking a <strong>Contract Recruiter for a 3 to 6 month assignment with the opportunity for full-time permanent</strong>. This position will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and will provide support to our Hiring Managers on a variety of open sales positions in multiple locations. <br />
<br />
<strong>Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Recruiter include:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Sourcing, screening, and interviewing for all levels of sales candidates </li>
	<li>Utilizing the full range of recruiting methods, including Internet advertising and database searches, employee referrals, name generation firms, direct sourcing of passive candidates, agencies, etc. </li>
	<li>Complete background screens, offer letters, and new hire orientation.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>
<strong>Qualified candidates must possess:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate/agency environment </li>
	<li>Ability to handle customer relationship management Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws </li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy </li>
	<li>Ability to work in a team environment with solid time management skills PC proficiency </li>
	<li>Experience with Applicant tracking system, PeopleSoft a plus<br />
