&nbsp;We currently have an opening for a <strong>Director, Talent Acquisition.</strong>&nbsp;This position will lead the talent acquisition team in the development of the Company&rsquo;s sourcing strategy, tools and processes to identify and acquire talent to meet the current &amp; future business needs within the Dannon and Evian business in the US.&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Develop recruiting strategy by working with the HR Business Partners and business leaders.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Work with global recruitment and communication team on Employer Branding.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Develop and manage sourcing strategy and techniques, including diversity strategy.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Lead campus recruitment efforts working with HR Business Partners&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Utilize HIRIS technology to manage the job requisition process, job postings both internal and external, and applicant flow.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Ensure that we are using an assessment and selection approach which is effective and legally compliant, and ensure hiring managers are trained on the process and interviewing techniques.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Identify vendors to be used to meet the needs of the business.&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
<strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Bachelors and Masters Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field and previous experience in a fast-growing organization.&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
7-10 years of demonstrated experience in all or a combination of the following: Agency Recruitment, In-house recruitment, Campus recruitment, HR project management and/or HR Generalist&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Superior interpersonal skills- listening, negotiating, communication, and the ability to interact with diverse populations&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 
</p>
<p>
Strong business orientation and understanding of US labor market and ability to influence senior leaders to drive change&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
