<strong>Position Overview:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Disney English is seeking a contract recruiter to help staff Disney&rsquo;s Private Learning Institutes in Shanghai with teachers who have experience teaching EFL or ESL. The recruiter will work closely with the hiring managers in identifying top teacher talent. They will be responsible for

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong> 
</p>
<ul>
	<li>Working with Hiring Managers to establish a search strategy for hiring EFL/ESL teachers in Shanghai.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Identify and hire top teacher talent with EFL/ESL experience to teach English in Shanghai.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Identify and partner with various organizations and universities to support teacher recruitment efforts.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Build and maintain relationships with target schools&rsquo; career centers and faculty. Attend career fairs and host information sessions at local and national universities.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Creatively source for teachers and identify new opportunities for outreach.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Source and conduct initial phone interviews with prospective candidates. Coordinate video conference interviews with managers in Shanghai.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Ensure the most positive experience through accuracy of information relayed and timely response to information requests.&nbsp; Provide a point of view regarding a candidate&rsquo;s ability to succeed in the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
	<li>Manage the candidate experience as he/she goes through the recruitment process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

	<li><strong>Requirements: </strong></li>
	<li>&nbsp;3+ years recruiting experience and solid proven skills in direct sourcing. Experience recruiting teachers with an EFL or ESL background desired.</li>
	<li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent related work experience.</li>
	<li>Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, as well as detail and organizational skills.</li>
	<li>Experience with automated applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft, BrassRing, Vurv, Taleo).</li>
	<li>Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PeopleSoft.&nbsp; Experience working with SAP is strongly preferred. </li>
