		<description><![CDATA[A fortune-50 pharmaceutical company in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a Manager or Program Manager for University Recruitment and Leadership Development Programs. &nbsp; 
<p>
Position Overview: 
</p>
The selected candidate will own Management Development Programs as well as University Recruitment throughout North America initially, but the position is expected to take on global responsibilities in the near future. &nbsp; 
<p>
Responsibilities including guiding strategic direction for existing UR and Leadership Development Programs, program design and/or redesign, process management and change management. 
</p>

Position Requirements: 
</p>
If you have a background that includes a minimum of a four year degree combined with experience in ownership of Management/Leadership Development Programs, formal Recruitment and University Recruitment experience in a large corporate setting for a multi-national company, we would love to hear from you! &nbsp; 
<p>
